Detail of unclaimed dividend

We further confirm that as from the date of (14, February, 2021), all dividends that have not been collected by the relevant beneficiaries shall be transferred to the Securities and Commodities Authority which shell be responsible for disbursing the value of the dividends to the relevant beneficiaries amongst the shareholders upon a claim being made in regard of the same.

The Authority shall publish in due course a statement on the Authority’s website and financial market’s websites clarifying in details the role that will be assumed by that Authority.

A letter signed by the shareholder or his legal representative addressed to the company that includes a request to issue a check or make a bank transfer for the value of the cash dividends due.
The original Emirates Identity Card of the shareholder and a copy of the same or the original passport of the shareholder and a copy of the same.
In case of presence of a general or special Power of Attorney on behalf of the shareholder, kindly provide the original and authenticated Power of Attorney and a copy of the same as well as the original Emirates Identity Card of the proxy and a copy of the same or the original passport of the proxy and a copy of the same.
Any other documents that may be required by the company.
